1. Who we are

Steadfast Design Firm ("Steadfast," "we") is a creative firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy covers steadfastdesignfirm.com. It explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, and message.
• Service questions: your answers, plus the name and email you enter to get your results.
• Booking a call: the details you enter in our Calendly scheduler.

We don't sell or rent your information.

3. How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare for a call you've booked, and to send the scope or proposal you asked for. We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

4. Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. When you first visit, a consent banner from Consent Pro asks for your choice and saves it in your browser so we don't ask again. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person, and it may use a cookie to do that. Calendly and Vidzflow can set their own cookies when you book a call or play a video. You can change your consent choice from the banner at any time, or clear cookies in your browser settings.

5. Services that handle it for us

• Webflow hosts the site and receives form submissions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Calendly runs our booking calendar.
• Vidzflow serves the videos on our pages.
• Consent Pro records your cookie choice.
• Make, ClickUp and Slack route and track your inquiry inside our team.

Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 30 days. Client records are kept for as long as our contracts and tax rules require.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
